§ 8-25.01. Major facilities repair fund established.¶
There shall be in the Treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the major facilities repair fund.

§ 8-25.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said fund all monies received from user departments within the City for major facilities repair costs.

§ 8-25.03. Expenditures of fund.¶
Monies in the major facilities repair fund shall be used only to pay expenses incurred by the City in providing major repairs to City facilities.
