§ 8-23.01. Subdivision Park Trust Fund established.¶
There shall be in the Treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the Subdivision Park Trust Fund.

§ 8-23.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said fund all monies received from the Quimby fees.

§ 8-23.03. Expenditures of fund.¶
Monies in the Subdivision Park Trust Fund shall be used for the acquisition, development, or rehabilitation of park land, or related improvements.
