§ 8-15.01. Disaster recovery fund established.¶
There shall be in the treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the disaster recovery fund.

§ 8-15.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said fund all monies received from agencies of the federal and State governments for disaster recovery assistance.

§ 8-15.03. Expenditure of funds.¶
Monies in the disaster recovery fund shall be used only to pay expenditures incurred related to a City disaster or emergency repairs.
