§ 8-14.01. Wastewater fund established.¶
There shall be in the treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the wastewater fund.

§ 8-14.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said fund all fees and charges paid for wastewater capital facility fees for sewer connection charges for new construction and all sewer user fees.

§ 8-14.03. Expenditure of funds.¶
Monies in the wastewater fund shall be used only to pay salary, fringe benefits, equipment, overhead, and other recurring and non-recurring costs of the wastewater fund, including capital improvements to the sewer system.
