§ 8-36.01. Measure M fund established.¶
There shall be in the treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the Measure M fund.

§ 8-36.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said fund all monies received from the sales tax approved pursuant to Assembly Bill 767, Measure M Ordinance of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.

§ 8-36.03. Expenditures of fund.¶
Monies in the Measure M fund shall be used for public transportation purposes as defined in Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority's Measure M Local Return Guidelines.
