§ 8-30.01. Affordable housing project fund established.¶
There shall be in the treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the affordable housing project fund.

§ 8-30.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said fund all monies transferred from the Redevelopment Agency's low and moderate income housing funds.

§ 8-30.03. Expenditures of fund.¶
Monies in the affordable housing project fund shall be used for property acquisition, site development, developer selection, and construction of an affordable housing project.
