§ 8-28.01. Proposition A Fund established.¶
There shall be in the Treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the Proposition A Fund.

§ 8-28.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said Fund all monies received from the one-half cent sales tax imposed by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority's Ordinance 16 (Proposition A).

§ 8-28.03. Expenditures of Fund.¶
Monies in the Proposition A Fund shall be used for public transit purposes as defined in the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority's Local Return Program Guidelines.
