§ 8-27.01. CalPERS Reserve Fund established.¶
There shall be in the Treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the CalPERS Reserve Fund.

§ 8-27.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said Fund all monies transferred from other funds to be reserved for significant increases to the City's mandated CalPERS contributions as directed by the City Council.

§ 8-27.03. Expenditures of Fund.¶
Monies in the CalPERS Reserve Fund shall be used to reimburse a portion of the CalPERS contribution expenditures in other funds.
