§ 8-24.01. Emergency Communications Fund established.¶
There shall be in the Treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the Emergency Communications Fund.

§ 8-24.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said Fund all monies received from user-departments within the City for emergency communications costs.

§ 8-24.03. Expenditures of fund.¶
Monies in the Emergency Communications Fund shall be used only to pay expenses incurred by the Emergency Communications Division of the Police Department in providing emergency communications services to user departments.
