§ 8-19.01. Self-insurance program fund established.¶
There shall be in the treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the self-insurance program fund.

§ 8-19.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in such fund all monies received from user-departments within the City for liability, workers' compensation and unemployment insurance costs.

§ 8-19.03. Expenditure of funds.¶
Monies in the self-insurance program fund shall be used only to pay expenses incurred by the Human Resources Department/Risk Management Division to provide liability, workers' compensation and unemployment insurance to all City departments.
