§ 8-17.01. Building occupancy fund established.¶
There shall be in the treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the building occupancy fund.

§ 8-17.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in such fund all monies received from user-departments within the City for building maintenance costs.

§ 8-17.03. Expenditure of funds.¶
Monies in the building occupancy fund shall be used only to pay expenses incurred by the Building Maintenance Division of the Public Works Department and (a portion) by the Parks Maintenance/Janitorial Division of the Community Services Department in providing building maintenance services to user-departments.
