§ 3-7.601. Divided streets.¶
Whenever any private right-of-way effectively divides a street or way, not a State highway, into two separate roadways, neither such roadway shall be a one way street unless expressly so designated pursuant to this chapter, and traffic shall move in either direction along each such roadway.

§ 3-7.602. Signs.¶
Whenever this Code or any law of this City designates any one way street or alley, the City Manager is hereby directed to place and maintain signs giving notice thereof, and no such regulations shall be effective unless such signs are in place. Signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement shall be placed at every intersection where movement of traffic in the opposite direction is prohibited.

§ 3-7.603. Designated.¶
When properly sign posted, traffic shall move only in the direction indicated upon the following streets:
(a) Ainsworth Court in an easterly direction from El Paseo to Esplanade;
(b) El Paseo in a southerly direction from Diamond Street to Ainsworth Court;
(c) Surf Way in a southerly direction from 10th Street to Beryl Street;
(d) Central Court in a southerly direction from Emerald Street to Vincent Street; and
(e) Seventh Street in an easterly direction from the Strand to Harbor Drive.
