2.75.010 - Limitation.¶

If a member of any commission or board described in Title 2 of this Code is absent without permission from all regular meetings of such commission or board for sixty days consecutively from the last regular meeting attended, the seat becomes vacant, and it shall be filled as any other vacancy.
