2.64.010 - Establishment.¶
The redevelopment agency shall consist of the members of the city council. If a member of the city council does not wish to serve on the agency, the city council member shall so notify the city council, and the city council shall appoint a replacement who is an elector of the city to serve out the term of the replaced council member.

2.64.020 - Expenses and compensation.¶
Members shall receive their actual and necessary expenses, including travel expenses, incurred in the discharge of their duties.

2.64.030 - Purpose and functions.¶
The purposes, functions, and general powers of the redevelopment agency shall be those established by laws of the state of California.
