Editor's note— Ord. No. 2095, adopted Sept. 16, 1994, included a sunset clause to remove Ch. 2.44 from the Code which took effect on Oct. 1, 1997. The council reviewed the sunset clause and provisions of Ch. 2.44 on March 13, 1997, and voted unanimously to allow Ch. 2.44 to sunset. Ch. 2.44 pertained to Airports Commission and derived from Prior Code § 4-5; Ord. 1415 § 1 (part), 1978; and Ord. No. 2096.
