§ 2.100 TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE CREATION, FUNCTION AND DUTIES.¶
The City of Red Bluff Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is established to have those duties, powers and privileges specified and provided in this Code and as may be added or modified by the City Council or City Manager. TAC shall be charged with the consistent and uniform application of the City's General Plan, City standards, policies, programs, regulations and the City Code.

§ 2.101 COMPOSITION.¶
The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) shall consist of: the Community Development Director, the Director of Public Works, the Fire Chief, the Police Chief and other city staff as deemed appropriate by the City Manager. The Community Development Director shall act as lead staff to coordinate meetings of TAC and the inter-departmental review and responses of TAC.
