16.60.010 - Imposition—Fee schedule.

Certain fees and charges are imposed for city services related to land use, improvements, and development, which fees are specifically set forth by fee schedule in that document on file with the office of city manager and described as "Land Use, Development, and Building Fees." Such fee schedule is approved by the city council and may be amended as needed by the city council. Such fees are payable in advance of the specific entitlement or service.
