2503 - Responsibility for city property.¶
The City Manager shall be responsible to the Council for all real and personal property of the City.
2504 - Use of personal property.¶
No person shall use any item of personal property of the City for any purpose, other than in the conduct of authorized City business.
2505 - Use of real property.¶
Except as hereinafter provided, no person shall use any real property owned by the City for any purpose other than in the conduct of City business. The City Manager shall establish appropriate rules and regulations for the use of public buildings and grounds by persons for private and/or semi-public purposes, which such rules and regulations shall not take effect until approved by the Council. This Chapter shall not be deemed to prohibit the lease of City property, if executed in accordance with applicable law.
