2910 - Activation of Surplus Property Authority.¶
Pursuant to Section 40500 et seq., of the Government Code, and other applicable law, the Surplus Property Authority for the City of Port Hueneme is needed and is hereby activated.

2911 - Powers.¶
Powers of the Surplus Property Authority shall be as set forth in Section 40500 et seq., of the Government Code and other applicable law. The Authority shall exercise its powers in the manner prescribed by applicable law, including, but not limited to, Section 40560 et seq., of the Government Code.

2912 - Designation of subordinate officers of the Authority.¶
(a) The Manager of the Authority shall be the City Manager of the City, unless otherwise directed by the Commission.
(b) The Clerk of the Authority shall be the City Clerk of City, unless otherwise directed by the Commission.
(c) The Treasurer of the Authority shall be the Director of Finance of the City, unless otherwise directed by the Commission.
(d) The City Attorney of City shall serve as the legal advisor to the Authority, unless the Commission otherwise directs.
