2501 - Audits.¶
Upon recommendation of the City Manager, the Council shall obtain the services of a qualified person or firm to conduct periodic audits of all of the City's financial books and records, if it finds the public interest so requires.
2502 - Investment policy.¶
Upon recommendation of the City Manager, the Council shall adopt policies governing the investment of City money by resolution. No investment shall be made inconsistent with the provisions of such adopted policies.
