Chapter 1.12 — POSTING OF PUBLIC NOTICES

• A. The city council finds and determines that, where public notice is required by law or this code, or motion, order, resolution or ordinance of the city council, the same shall be posted in the following five public places most likely to give notice thereof:

  1. City Hall, 6615 Passons Boulevard;

  2. United States Post Office, 6320 Passons Boulevard;

  3. Rivera Park;

  4. Pico Park;

  5. Smith Park.

• B. All such notices, orders, resolutions and ordinances so required to be posted shall be posted at such places.
