§ 5.34.010. Recordkeeping requirements.¶

Every auto wrecker shall keep records upon forms prescribed by the law enforcement agency, and made and given in the manner prescribed by the law enforcement agency, of the required information relative to automobiles wrecked, dismantled, and purchases, pledges or consignments.
