12.24.010 - Driving through funeral processions.

No driver of a vehicle or motorman of a street car shall drive between vehicles comprising a funeral procession while they are in motion and when the vehicles in such processions are conspicuously so designated.

12.24.020 - Clinging to moving vehicles.

Any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, roller skates or any toy vehicle shall not attach the same or himself to any moving vehicle upon any roadway.

12.24.030 - Vehicles not to be driven on sidewalks and posted properties.

The driver of any bicycle or other similar device shall not drive within any sidewalk area or any parkway except at a permanent or temporary driveway. It is unlawful for any person to go upon any sidewalk in any commercial zoning districts, according to the latest adopted zoning map, upon roller skates, skateboards or riding in or by means of any coaster.

Further, it is unlawful for any person to go onto any private property or property open to the public upon roller skates, skateboards or riding in or by means of any coaster under the following circumstances: There is displayed, in plain view, at all entrances to the property, a sign not less than seventeen by twenty-two inches in size, with lettering not less than one inch in height, prohibiting riding upon roller skates, skateboards or riding in or by means of any coaster. The posted sign shall include the appropriate city of El Paso de Robles ordinance number.

12.24.040 - Driving over new pavement.

No person shall ride or drive any animal or any vehicle over or across any newly made pavement or freshly painted marking in any street when a barrier or sign is in place warning persons not to drive over or across such pavement or marking or when a sign is in place stating that the street or any portion thereof is closed.

12.24.050 - Restricted access.

No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any limited access roadway except at such entrances and exits as are established by public authority.

12.24.060 - Restrictions on use of freeways.

No person shall drive or operate any bicycle, motor-driven cycle, or any vehicle which is not drawn by a motor vehicle upon any street established as a freeway, as defined by Section 604.5 of the Vehicle Code, nor shall any pedestrian walk across or along any such street so designated and described except in space set aside for the use of pedestrians, provided official signs are in place giving notice of such restrictions.
