Chapter 12.90 — SCHEDULES

In accordance with Section 12.50.010 of this title and when properly signposted, traffic shall move only in the directions indicated upon the following streets:

All alleys in Blocks 25 and 30, from east to west and from south to north.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 12.32.020 of this title and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, drivers of vehicles shall stop at the entrance or entrances to those intersections described as follows:

(a)

The whole of Spring Street from the south city limits to the north city limits.

(b)

The whole of Vine Street from the south city limits to the south line of Twenty-fourth Street.

(c)

The whole of Tenth Street from the west line of Spring Street to the east line of Vine Street.

(d)

The whole of Twelfth Street from the west line of Riverside Avenue to the east line of Spring Street; from the west line of Spring Street to the east line of Vine Street; from the west line of Vine Street to the west city limits.

(e)

The whole of Thirteenth Street from the Salinas River to the east line of Spring Street; from the west line of Spring Street to the east line of Vine Street.

(f)

The whole of Twenty-fourth Street from the west city limits to the west line of Spring Street; from the east line of Spring Street to the intersection with State Highway Route 2 (U.S. Highway 101).

(g)

The whole of Creston Road from the Salinas River to the south line of Tract No. sixty-seven (Sherwood Acres).

(h)

The whole of Riverside Avenue from the south city limits to the south curb line of Thirteenth Street; from the north curb line of Thirteenth Street to the south curb line of Twenty-fourth Street; and from the north curb line of Twenty- fourth Street to the north city limits.

(i)

The whole of Sherwood Road and Niblick Road that lie within the limits of the City of El Paso de Robles.

(j)

The whole of Melody Drive from Creston Road to Niblick Road.

(k)

The whole of Scott Street from Creston Road to the easterly city limits.

(l)

The whole of Bolen Drive from Creston Road to Nickerson Drive.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 12.32.020 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, drivers of vehicles shall stop at the entrances or entrance to those intersections described as follows:

(a)

Park Street into Eleventh Street.

(b)

Fourteenth Street into Park Street.

(c)

Fairview Lane into Vine Street.

(d)

Fairview Lane into Adelaide Road.

(e)

Glenncrest Lane into Adelaide Road.

Vine Street into First Street.

(g)

Entering First Street from County Road directly south of Vine Street, excluding right hand off-ramp into First Street.

In accordance with Section 12.32.080 (C) and when signs or markings are in place giving notice thereof, drivers of vehicles may stand or park a vehicle only as indicated by such marks or signs on the following streets or portions thereof:

(a)

Tenth Street, on the south side only, between Park Street and the alley one hundred fifty feet easterly from Park Street.

(b)

Eleventh Street, on both sides, between Pine Street and Spring Street.

(c)

Twelfth Street, on both sides, between Railroad Street and Spring Street; and south side only between Spring Street and Vine Street.

(d)

Thirteenth Street, on north side only, between Oak Street and Vine Street.

(e)

Fourteenth Street, on both sides, between Railroad Street and Park Street; and north side only between Park Street and Spring Street; and south side only between Spring Street and Vine Street.

(f)

Pine Street, on both sides, between Eleventh Street and Fourteenth Street.

(g)

Park Street, on both sides, between Ninth Street and Tenth Street; and on both sides between Twelfth Street and Fifteenth Street.

Oak Street, west side only, between Thirteenth Street and Fourteenth Street.

In accordance with Section 12.38.010 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof no person shall at any time park a vehicle upon any of the following described streets or parts of streets.

(a)

Northerly side of the east and west alleys and the westerly side of the north and south alleys in blocks twenty-five and thirty.

(b)

Vine Street from the northerly boundary of Twenty-fourth Street to the northerly boundary of Twenty-sixth Street.

(c)

East side of Vine Street commencing at the north limit of Twenty-sixth Street and running thence northerly to a point one hundred fifty feet south of Twenty-eighth Street.

(d)

All streets thirty feet in width (Lots C-D-E-F) within the Springs Hotel Tract Subdivision.

(e)

The whole of Almond Street from Capitol Hill Drive to South River Road.
