6.32.010 - Keeping or storage unlawful without permit.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to keep, store, or have in his possession any large quantity of dynamite, nitroglycerine, vigorite, hercules powder, giant powder, explosive gases, or any other high explosive by whatever name known, within the corporate limits of the city without first securing from the city council of the city a permit to so do.

6.32.020 - Flammable liquid—Keeping or storage prohibited when.¶
It shall be unlawful to keep, store or have in one's possession any container or can containing gasoline, which can/will contain or is capable of containing more than five gallons of gasoline at one time, within the corporate limits of the city.

6.32.030 - Violation—Penalty.¶
Any person or persons violating the sections of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable as set forth in Section 1.16.010 of this code.
