6.28.010 - Outdoor burning prohibited.

The outdoor burning of brush, rubbish, trash, prunings or other combustible materials is prohibited. Violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor. This chapter does not prohibit the outdoor cooking of food for personal use.

6.28.020 - Combustible materials.

No person shall keep, store or maintain, or permit the keeping, storage or maintenance of rubbish, brush, trash, prunings, or other combustible materials in a manner that such materials can become easily ignited. Persons who violate this chapter are guilty of a misdemeanor.
