6.04.010 - Grades to be sold.¶
It is unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or association to sell or exchange, or offer for sale or exchange, any milk except Grade A milk or milk of higher grade.

6.04.020 - Quality and labeling standards.¶
Grade A milk to be legally sold in the city of Parlier must meet all standards of quality and labeling as provided for in the California State Agricultural Code as now existent and as amended from time to time.

6.04.030 - Violation—Penalty.¶
Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction, and shall be punishable as set forth in Section 1.16.010 of this code.
