2.40.010 - Findings.

The city council finds and declares that pursuant to Section 33101 of the Health and Safety Code of the state, there is a need for a community redevelopment agency to function in the city pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law of the state.

Pursuant to Section 33200 of the Health and Safety Code of the state, the city council declares itself to be the community redevelopment agency of the city.
