2.34.010 - Contract authorized.¶
A contract between the town council and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is authorized, a copy of the proposed contract being attached to Ordinance 136, marked "Exhibit A," and is incorporated and is made a part of this section as if set forth in full, said contract having been modified by Ordinance 175 which is incorporated and made a part of this section as if set forth in full. 2.34.020 - Execution of contract.¶
