10.24.010 - Pentz Road, Skyway to Pearson.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, it is unlawful for any vehicle exceeding a gross weight of six tons to be driven or parked upon Pentz Road between Pearson Road and the Skyway. (Ord. 79 §1, 1982)

10.24.020 - Pentz Road alternate route.

There is designated as an alternate route for vehicles in excess of six tons which seek to travel between the points on Pentz Road prohibited for travel by Section 10.24.010 the route from Pentz Road along Pearson Road to Clark Road and along Clark Road to the Skyway. (Ord. 79 §2, 1982)

10.24.030 - Exceptions to Pentz Road limit.

This chapter shall not prohibit the following types of vehicles exceeding six tons gross weight from being driven or parked upon Pentz Road between Pearson Road and the Skyway:

A. Commercial vehicles requiring the utilization of the restricted portion of Pentz Road for the purpose of making pickups or deliveries of goods, wares and merchandise

from or to any building or structure located on the restricted portion of Pentz Road or for the purpose of delivering materials to be used in the actual and bona fide repair, alteration, remodeling or construction of any buildings or structures upon the restricted portion of Pentz Road for which a building permit has been obtained;

B. Any vehicle owned by a public utility or a licensed contractor while necessarily in use in the construction, installation or repair of any public utility;

C. Any vehicle owned or operated by a passenger stage corporation or otherwise subject to the provisions of Sections 1031 and 1036 inclusive of the Public Utilities Code. (Ord. 79 §3, 1982)
