Beginning at a point on the centerline of Cowper Street, 60 feet wide, as shown on that certain map entitled Map of C.M. Wooster Company's Subdivision of the Clark Ranch and recorded in Book "O" of Maps at Page 16 of the Official Records of Santa Clara County, California. Said point also being the most southerly corner of Lot 60 as shown on said Map. Thence along the common line between Lots 59 and 60, N. 38° 00' E, 282.23 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing N. 38° 00' E. along the northwesterly line of Lot 56 as shown on said Map for a distance of 345.00 feet; thence leaving said northwesterly line, S. 52° 00' E, 342.00 feet; thence S. 38° 11' W, 345.00 feet; thence N. 52° 00' W, 342.00 feet to the true point of beginning, being a portion of said Lot 56 and containing 2.709 acres more or less.
