Sec. 6-8.801. - Contracts.¶
The Council may contract with any other public agency or utility for the collection of standby sewer charges with the collection of the charges of such agency or utility for any utility service furnished by it, which standby sewer charges shall be itemized, billed upon the same bill, and collected as one item, together with, and not separately from, the other charges of such agency or utility.

Sec. 6-8.802. - Delinquencies: Penalties.¶
In the contract provided for in Section 6-8.801 of this article, the Council may provide that penalties shall be as provided in this chapter, or that they shall be the same as the penalties provided by such agency or utility for its charges. In either of such events, such penalties, when collected, shall be paid to the City, together with the principal amount of the standby sewer charges.
