Sec. 6-7.01. - Adoption.

That certain Code designated as the "Sharp Park Sanitary District Sanitary Code", being Ordinance No. 6 of the Sharp Park Sanitary District, providing for the employment of a Sanitary Inspector, providing permits and fixing fees for the installation of sanitary sewer laterals, regulating plumbing, drainage, and sewering in the Sharp Park Sanitary District, and providing a penalty for the violation of the provisions thereof, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk for public record and inspection, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as though set forth in this chapter in full, subject, however, to the amendments, additions, and deletions set forth in this chapter, and said Code shall be known as the Sanitary Code for the City.

Sec. 6-7.02. - Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, unless otherwise apparent from the context, certain words and phrases used in the Sanitary Code are defined as follows:

(a) "District" shall mean the City.

(b) "District Secretary" shall mean the City Clerk.

(c) "Sanitary Board" shall mean the Council.

(d) "Sanitary Inspector" shall mean the Superintendent of the Sanitation Department.

Sec. 6-7.03. - Violations.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or the Sanitary Code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as set forth in Chapter 2 of Title 1 of this Code.
