Sec. 6-6.201. - Scope.¶
Unless otherwise apparent from the context, certain words and phrases used in this chapter are defined in this article.

Sec. 6-6.202. - Dwelling unit.¶
"Dwelling unit" means a building, or portion thereof, used, or designed and intended to be used, for human habitation, including for sleeping purposes, and requiring sewage disposal services.

Sec. 6-6.203. - Person.¶
"Person" means any human being, individual, firm, company, partnership, association, private, public, or municipal corporation, the United States of America, the State, any district, any political subdivision, and any governmental agency.

Sec. 6-6.204. - Report.¶
"Report" means the written report provided for in Section 5473 of the Health and Safety Code of the State.

Sec. 6-6.205. - Sewer charges.¶
"Sewer charges" means fees, tolls, rates, rentals, or other charges for services and facilities furnished by the City in connection with its sanitation or sewerage system.
