Sec. 2-7-31. - Definitions.

Person includes any individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, firm, company, association, group, body politic or other entity, and any officer, employee, agent, trustee, assignee or other representative of that individual or entity.

Sec. 2-7-32. - Solicitation on County property.

(a) No person shall in any manner while on County- owned or -leased property sell any product or service or engage in any other business or commercial activity without obtaining the prior written approval of the Director of the General Services Agency, County of Orange, or his duly authorized representative. Provided, however, that this section does not apply to any concession operated under authority granted by the Board of Supervisors; nor to any other activity specifically authorized, regulated or exempted by order or resolution of the Board of Supervisors.

(b) Any violation of this section shall be an infraction; and any peace officer may enforce this section by the issuance of warning notices or citations, by arrest, or by any combination thereof to violators.
