Sec. 2-5-110. - Regulations.¶
Regulations and conditions governing the use of parking facilities at all County parks, beaches, recreational areas and properties owned or under its management shall be established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.

Sec. 2-5-111. - Parking enforcement.¶
Park rangers employed by the County of Orange, peace officers and public officers are authorized to issue a notice of parking violation pursuant to Division 17, Chapter 1, Article 3, Sections 40200 through 40230 of the California Vehicle Code for any vehicle parked in violation of any applicable parking violation(s) of the Orange County Codified Ordinances of Title 2 Division 5 at all County parks, beaches and recreational areas.
