6.42.010 - Exceptions.

Any person, firm, corporation or organization violating any provision of the ordinance codified in this Title 6, shall be guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable in accordance with the provisions set forth in Chapter 1.16 of this code, except that any person, firm, corporation or organization violating any order issued pursuant to Section 6.18.070 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor as set forth in Section 6.18.100 and any persons, firm, corporation or organization violating the provision of Section 6.40.020 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
