6.04.010 - Short title.¶
This title may be cited as the "animal control ordinance of the city of Newark."

6.04.020 - Fees and charges.¶
All license fees, penalties, exotic animal permit fees, animal fancier's permit fees, boarding fees, feeding fees, special service fees, and impoundment fees for animals regulated under this title shall be established pursuant to resolution of the city council.

6.04.030 - Appeals.¶
Any person aggrieved by any decision or action resulting from the application of this title may appeal to the city council. The filing of an appeal shall stay the decision or action appealed from; provided, that the filing of an appeal shall not stay any order of suspension.

6.04.040 - Remedies cumulative.¶
All remedies prescribed under this title shall be cumulative and the use of one or more remedies by the city shall not bar the use of any other remedy for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this title.
