12.1 The City of Needles has the responsibility to protect the public water supply from…¶
implementing a cross connection control program. The City shall evaluate the potential health hazard to the public water supply which may be created as a result of conditions existing on the user's premises. The Customer shall be responsible for abatement of the cross connection(s) which exist on the Customers property, and shall install equipment according to City requirements at Customer expense.
