For state law as to transfer of city tax functions to the county, see Gov. C., §§51500 to 51521.

20-1 Transfer Of Tax Assessment And Collection Duties To County

Pursuant to the provisions of sections 51500 to 51519 of the Government Code of the state, the tax assessment and the collection duties of the city auditor and tax assessor and collector are transferred to the assessor and tax collector of the county. (Ord. No. 315 N.S.)
