4.08.010 - Created.

There is created a fund to be known as the capital outlay fund.

4.08.020 - Function—Resources.

The capital outlay fund shall be an accumulation of moneys of the city as a reserve for future expenditures. Any unencumbered surplus in any municipal fund that may be used for the general expense of the city remaining on hand at the end of each fiscal year may be transferred to such fund.

4.08.030 - Disbursal.

The city council may, at its option, from time to time, by resolution, transfer any unencumbered surplus to any existing fund.
