16.08.300 - Unlawful activities designated—Penalty.¶
Any person who engages in timber operations or conspires with another to engage in timber operations without a valid permit to do so issued under this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.

16.08.310 - Actions to enjoin violations.¶
In addition to all other legal remedies available, the county may bring an action to enjoin the violation or threatened violation of this chapter, or the forest practice rules promulgated hereunder.

16.08.320 - Correction of violations.¶
The director may take appropriate steps as necessary, and incur expenses to correct any violation of the forest practice rules, the conditions of a permit to engage in timber operations, or this chapter, including but not limited to the planting of seedlings and young growth trees to restock land within the boundaries of a timber operation. The expenses so incurred shall not exceed the amount which may be recovered under a bond or other security deposited pursuant to this chapter.
