Moraga Municipal Code § 4 Application to Subdivisions in Process

The requirements imposed by this ordinance shall apply to subdivision applications submitted but not yet approved as of the date this ordinance takes effect as follows:

1. If on the date this ordinance takes effect, the 7-day period within which the Planning Department is required to evaluate completeness of the application by former Section 94-2.602 has not yet expired, Section 94-2.602 as amended by this ordinance applies and the Planning Department has thirty (30) days after the Tentative Map is received to act as required by Section 94-2.602.

2. If on the date this ordinance takes effect, an application for Tentative Subdivision Map approval has been accepted for filing, the applicant shall nevertheless file the conceptual building elevations for each site required by Section 94-2.206(7).

The Planning Department shall advise each applicant who has submitted a subdivision application of these modifications to the Subdivision Ordinance.
