This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the date of its adoption, and prior to the expiration of 30 days from the passage thereof shall be published at least once in the Contra Costa Sun, as newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in Contra Costa County and thenceforth the same shall be in full force and effect.
The foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Moraga held on January 24, 2001, and adopted at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on February 14, 2001, by the following vote:
