a) Applicability. This ordinance applies to the installation of wood burning appliances in new construction in the Town of Moraga except as set forth in Section 2 b) below;

b) Exceptions: 1) Built-in-place masonry fireplaces, 2) Gas, or gas log fireplaces, and 3) Wood burning appliances designed primarily for food preparation.
