2.28.010 - Adoption.¶
The City shall have and does adopt an official seal described as a die 2-1/4 inches in diameter and circular in shape. On the surface of the die at the top thereof shall be engraved the words "Montclair, California." At the bottom shall be engraved the words "Incorporated, April 25, 1956." In the center of the circle there shall be a mountain, and superimposed on the mountain shall be a citrus tree.

2.28.020 - Use.¶
The impression of the official seal shall be made and used upon all official documents executed by the City or its duly authorized officials.

2.28.030 - Custodian.¶
The City Clerk shall be the custodian of the official seal.
