2.20.010 - Authority to create.¶
The City Council shall have the authority to create various commissions, committees or boards upon its determination that such commissions, committees or boards are needed.

2.20.020 - Terms of office, qualifications and appointment process.¶
Terms of office, qualifications, and appointment process shall be pursuant to the City of Montclair Appointment Process Manual as adopted by the City Council.
Appointments to any commissions, committees or boards which are not created by the Montclair City Council, but to which the City Council has total or partial appointment authority, shall also be pursuant to the City of Montclair Appointment Process Manual.
