Montague Municipal Code Art. V Field Regulations

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to conduct any business on the airport without having first obtained a written contract, lease or permit therefor form the city. (Ord. 177-82 § 6, 1982)

It is unlawful for any person to shoot any projectile from a firearm into or across any portion of the airport, or to have in his possession or under his control any firearm which is not unloaded and securely wrapped and boxed for shipment, or any explosive; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to peace officers and military personnel while acting in the performance of their duties as such. (Ord. 177-82 § 7, 1982)

It is unlawful for any person to place, deposit or dump any garbage, cans, bottles, papers, ashes, sewage, carcass of any dead animals, offal, trash, rubbish or other debris upon the airport. (Ord. 177-82 § 8, 1982)

The pilot, operator or owner of any aircraft damaged or disabled because of an accident at the airport shall be responsible for the prompt removal of such aircraft or parts thereof from the runway or operational area. If the pilot, operator or owner fails to, or is unable to, comply with such directions, the damaged or disabled aircraft or parts thereof may be removed by the city at the pilot's, operator's or owner's expense and without liability for any damage which may result in the course of such removal.
