13.24.190 No-smoking areas.

It is unlawful for any person to light or smoke any cigarettes, cigar or pipe in the following areas of the airport:

  • A. Within any hangar;

  • B. Upon any aircraft parking apron;

  • C. Inside or within fifty feet of any aircraft;

  • D. Within fifty feet from any “no smoking” sign posted near any inflammable materials. (Ord. 177-82 § 10, 1982)

13.24.200 Inflammable cleaning agents.

It is unlawful for any person to use any inflammable liquid to clean any aircraft or any engine, part or accessory thereof within any hangar or building. (Ord. 177-82 § 11, 1982)

13.24.210 Open flames in hangars.

It is unlawful for any person to light or use any open flame for any purpose inside a hangar. (Ord. 177-82 § 12, 1982)

13.24.220 Storage of inflammables and explosives.

It is unlawful for any person to place or store any inflammable or explosive substance any place in the airport, except fuel in the factory-installed fuel tanks of aircraft. (Ord. 177-82 § 13, 1982)
