10.16.010 - Operating vehicles with lugs, cleats or other protrusions prohibited where-Exceptions.

It is unlawful to operate or move upon any oiled, paved, macadamized highway or wooden bridge of the county any vehicle which has affixed to the wheels or movable tracks thereof corrugations, lugs, gougers, cleats, or other protruding implements capable of displacing, removing, digging up, breaking down, or in any manner disfiguring, damaging or destroying the surface of such highway or bridge. This section shall not be deemed to prohibit the use of metal studs commonly used on passenger car tires.
